We are focusing on the Bill 168 and OADA right now. These two amendments to the Disability Act and Occupational health and safety act. They have fines as low as $10,000 or 12 months in jail. These are not being taken lightly and the Canadian government is not taking these lightly.
Bullying has been effecting the work place for many many years and yet people are still under the thought that this is just a kid thing. You could not be any more wrong.
